ITS GROW TIME!
In 2022, I was approached by Manitoba Harvest to assist them with creating the initial social media brand identity for their then-unrevealed CBD beverage, Happy Flower. While the product packaging was already established, our goal was to flesh out how the brand would appear in digital settings.

INSPIRATION + PROCESS
Prior to my seeing the final beverage packaging, two separate directions were presented to the Happy Flower team: Reclaimed Earth and Electric Garden. Reclaimed Earth would focus on vintage Americana aesthetics merged with organic, overgrown plant imagery. Alternatively, Electric Garden would take a youthful, neon nightlife approach.
FINAL DIRECTION
We ended up going with hand-drawn, simplistic illustrations with soft tones. These illustrations are combined with educational facts about CBD to give customers more context about the product and establish familiarity at product launch.
